The Slushing of Dollars at Arvada Urban Renewal

 

This was on the agenda for the Wednesday, April 4, 2018, board meeting of the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority (AURA).

Denver resident Maureen Phair, executive director, to get a pay hike for her skill at virtually giving away public land and for arranging massive tax rebates to private, for-profit developers.

And ... to receive a bonus that is 100 times the price AURA is getting for taxpayer-owned property worth literally millions and millions of dollars -- the $30 Land Deal.
